I believe relationship, security, and sexuality are essential to life. We all need to feel connected to others, to feel safe and secure in our relationships, and to feel confident and comfortable in our sexuality and sexual relationships. Often, this need includes working on our relationship with ourself as well as others.  Relationships come in all forms. What works in each relationship dynamic is completely unique. What every relationship has in common is a need for secure attachment, deep connection and intimacy.

I use an approach to therapy that is based on Emotion Focussed Therapy with an emphasis on attachment. I also believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and tailor the therapy process to each individual client's needs.

I enjoy working with individuals, partnerships, and families of diverse backgrounds. I welcome clients of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship dynamics. I provide LGBTQIA, Kink, and Poly-friendly therapy.
